Our audits are generally more technical-focused than a conventional UX audit and they will include guidance on how to implement fixes (for example with functions like search or layered navigation), technology solutions and even use of native eCommerce platforms features.

The audits we provide are completely bespoke and will generally consist of a comprehensive research phase comprising assessment of core functions by us and the commissioning of user tests to validate suggestions and findings.
